Description:
SBH | Schulbau Hamburg, as the state company of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (called SBH below), has the task of planning, building and managing the school properties, taking into account school issues according to economic principles, and the more than 400 Schools to the authority for school and vocational training (BSB). --------------- at the Denksteinweg 17 location is a new building of classes, cafeteria and sports hall in a 2-storey construction. The building is as a solid building with reinforced concrete or wooden roof (hall) and veneer masonry facade executed. The windows and side entrance doors are planned as wood-aluminum windows. Main entrance doors are planned as steel glass doors. Hintered sheet metal panels are provided between the wooden window elements. The windows of the south facade receive an external sun protection as a facade awning. --------------- here: wood-aluminum windows and doors -------------------- are included: windows and outdoor doors (wood-aluminum): approx. 43 window elements are carried out as wooden windows with aluminum cover shells (approx. 245qm), 4 entrance doors as wood-aluminum elements and three main input doors Steel-glass element (approx. 30sqm) as well as rear-ventilated sheet metal panels (approx. 50sqm) and external sun protection as facade awnings / awning (approx. 75qm);
