- Description:
- The redesign of the open spaces of the Johann-Strauss primary school includes the production of the fortified break areas of the school including playgrounds with playground equipment, sports facilities for athletics and lawn sports, as well as planting and seed work, including three years of care. Besides that a walking and bike path is to be built, which is also trained as a fire brigade access. A temporary teacher car park can be built south of the school area. The entire planning access includes approx. 18,000 m2.
The deep and landscaping work is carried out in two construction phases (BA1 Dec 2025-SEP 2026; BA2 MRZ 2027- SEP 2028). The existing school building including the immediate area is canceled between 1. And 2nd construction phase (between August 2026 and March 2027).
