Description:
The German electron Synchrotron Desy is a research facility with locations in Hamburg and Zeuthen (Brandenburg). On the area of Desy campus in Hamburg, the new building "Integrated Technology and Founder Center II" (ITGZ II) for the accommodation of DESY Innovation Factory II with establishedCompanies in the industry. The project is part of the development area "Science City Hamburg Bahrenfeld". The property (approx. 3,175 sqm) is located on the parcel no. 5680, Lurup district, 22547 Hamburg. It is part of the special area "Technology Park" in which the Altona innovation parkarises. The property borders in the west and north on the intersection of Luruper Hauptstrasse and Elbgaustrasse. In the east, an internal development road for the technology park has already been produced by which the construction site is loaded. This street is in the coursededicated to the completion. It also serves the development of parking spaces of the neighboring Techhub building. The area immediately south of the plot of land is undeveloped and is also used directly as a surface.
