• Objective The ecological minimum water quantities of the Legnitzka and the Buchholzer water are to be met taking into account the legal basis (WHG, OGewV, WWRL) as well as the above-mentioned LAWA recommendation, the biotope runoff approach described therein or a possible using a simplified procedure. The minimum requirements necessary for the biocenosis with regard to water depth and flow velocity and the resulting flow rate are determined by measurements at various locations in the Identify the course of the water.
