Description:
The aim of the project is the renovation, modernization and densification of the Lenaustrasse 18-20 residential property in Stuttgart, including the increase in the attic to create eight additional residential units. The measure includes energetic optimization to the efficiency house standard Eh 85, the conversion of heat supply to a hybrid system with renewable energies and the consideration of comprehensive fire protection requirements. The structure planning covers the power phases 4-8 of the HOAI and is based on the completed design planning (LP 3). The Estimated eligible costs for the structure are approx. EUR 628,813.50 (net), with a planned construction start in the 1st quarter of 2027 and a completion in the 4th quarter of 2027.
