As part of an open procedure, planning services of the property planning for the "Project 34.0686- branch Villingen-Schwenningen, renovation of drinking and sewage system" of the Deutsche Bundesbank in Villingen-Schwenningen are to be awarded. The German Bundesbank intends the Allocation of the service phases 2-3 and 5-8 according to HOAI. The allocation is gradually, depending on the further approval and implementation of the project. With the conclusion of the contract, the service phase 2 is initially scheduled. A legal claim to the commissioning of further performance phases there is no.

The Deutsche Bundesbank plans the comprehensive renovation of the drinking and wastewater system in its branch in Villingen-Schwenningen, Am Hoptbuehl 4. As part of this Measure should be assigned the object planning (architecture) for the performance phases 2-3 and 5-8 according to HOAI to external specialist planners. The aim is to implement the technical requirements, taking into account the special framework of the project. The planned measure includes the Complete renewal of the drinking water network (approx. 900 m) and the renovation of selected wastewater pipes (approx. 50 m).
