Procurement of development services through a framework agreement as temporary employment Developer framework agreement The State Office of Finance (LfF) is a central state authority in the Free State of Bavaria with around 2,500 employees. It has its headquarters in Würzburg. Service and processing centers have been set up at 13 locations in Bavaria. The authority sees itself as a service provider for the Bavarian state administration. FinanzIT BAYERN is part of the state office. FinanzIT BAYERN is structured is divided into several technology and control center departments at the Regensburg and Munich locations. It is an important IT service provider for all Bavarian departments and offers specialist procedures and other IT services for both LfF-internal purposes and for the interagency and general use by citizens. In this context, appropriate development services are provided in the software development and test center department. There will be extensive standardization of the technologies used. Basically, these are client-server architectures that are based on .NET and Java (client-side UIs with Java Swing or WPF). New developments are primarily carried out in a web-oriented manner (Angular, React). The backend development is based on Java (Jakarta EE), .NET or Node.js/NestJS technologies.
