Description:
As part of the expansion of the power portfolio of the competence field Material characterization and testing at the Fraunhofer IWS, an independent multi-axis-fatigue test bench with a combined axial and a axis of torsion is to be procured. The test system should already can be used in the test systems available in the laboratories of the Fraunhofer IWS. Therefore, procurement includes hydraulic supply, the necessary measuring systems, hydraulic actuators including load frames, a control system and a operating PC including software. The test system is supposed to attempts to fatigue are used on welded wave-nabe test bodies. The test under cyclical mechanical stress is to be carried out at a test frequency of 20 Hz.
As part of the procurement, the modernization (Regulator + Hydraulic Care) of an existing 500 KN test frame of MTS is also to implement.
