Description:
A currently predominantly agricultural area (approx. 180 ha) is to be developed for commercial use.
The contractor's task is to design and prepare a discursive workshop process with the administrations involved and external experts and scientists, e.gu to moderate and document, in which a practicable economic policy profile for the commercial area in Buchholz-Nord is to be developed.
The result of the procedure should be a clearly definable profile of the planned development, which can be used as an argumentative basisage in the further process and together with the results of the ongoing or planned preparatory investigations forms the basis for the further planning steps.
