Description:
The clients are conducting a competitive dialogue to develop a chatbot for the Bergische Servicecenter and for the administrations of the three clients in accordance with the regulations of the Public Procurement Ordinance (VgV). The tender is intended for the Bergisches Service Center as well as for the three The client will develop a chatbot with which, among other things, both the offers of the Bergisches ServiceCenter and the offers of the administrations of the cities of Remscheid, Solingen and Wuppertal at the level of information provision to the population and the interaction regarding Administrative services of the three cities are to be carried out or carried out. In the future, the chatbot will be further developed in line with the current state of the art, particularly at the interaction and transaction level as well as for internal administrative support. The clients should be authorized both jointly for the Bergisches Service Center and individually to be able to access services from the client with regard to the chatbot developed (see draft contract, Appendix C to the 2nd procedural letter).
The subject of the order is the development of a chatbot system to fulfill service tasks or offers from the Bergisches Service Center at the level of providing information to the population of the cities of Remscheid, Solingen and Wuppertal.
