The following points must be provided by the bidder: - Analysis of the leadership culture at the UKSH especially in relation to the following aspects: Use of management instruments by the managers and the prevailing understanding of leadership at the UKSH - benchmark of the current management culture of the UKS with companyFrom the healthcare system and companies from comparable industries with a high risk -inscription of the risk potential - Development of the future leadership model (mission/vision/principles etc.) In cooperation with the board of the UKSH and possibly other participants - Creation of the transfer planWith detailed information on the temporal framework (project plan)
