Description:
The Schaibleshalden development area in the Hagelloch district is to be developed as a residential area. All tasks of building land development should be externalized. Firstly, this includes the service area (LB) of project management (LB 1). This takes over the coordination and design of the overall projectobject. It is primarily responsible for ensuring that the project is completed within the agreed cost and time frame. This service area also includes citizen participation, property marketing and administration of all orders (additional management, other orders, etc.). The second service area includes urban and development planning (LB 2). The third service area (development planning) includes development planning for drainage, open space planning and traffic system planning. This preliminary information is about LB 3.
Lot 1 includes the planning of theTraffic facilities and various special services. The traffic system planning is also responsible for coordinated line planning and thus an overhead function for the overall development of the area.
