- KWL GmbH as a service provider of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck developed the new industrial area? Semiramis? (Below briefly: Ge Semiramis) on the Kronsford Landstrasse in Lübeck-Niederbüssau. This creates a commercial area south of the A20 with approx. 35 hectares of net. The area of development plan No. 15.04.00? Kronsford Landstrasse south of Bab 20? is located on the southwestern outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck. The area of measures consists of several areas that have so far been used for agriculture, some of which are limited by kinks with tree plantings or smaller forests. The area drops with a height difference of around 3 meters from northwest to southeast. The content of this tender is the production of public development, drainage and supply media for the new industrial area with a total of 5 plan roads, 2 nodes for connection to the Kronsford Landstrasse and the construction of 2 rain retention basin.
