Description:
As a service provider for the Hanseatic City of Luebeck, KWL GmbH developed the new "Semiramis" industrial estate (hereinafter abbreviated to: GE Semiramis) on Kronsforder Landstrasse in Luebeck-Niederbuessau. This will create a commercial area south of the A20 with around 35 hectares of net commercial space. The area of the development plananes No. 15.04.00 "Kronsforder Landstrasse south BAB 20" is located on the southwestern outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Luebeck. The area covered by the measure consists of several areas previously used for agriculture, some of which are delimited by bends with tree plantings or smaller forests. The terrain ffalls from north-west to south-east with a height difference of around 3 meters.
The content of this tender is the creation of the public development for traffic, drainage and supply media for the new commercial area with a total of 5 planned roads, 2 junctions for connecting to the Kronsforder country road and the construction of 2 rainwater retention basins.
