• Lot 1.1 - Planstraße E and G, civil engineering and construction roads Development of the shipyard triangle, lot 1.1 - Planstraße E and G, civil engineering and construction roads WIRO Wohnen in Rostock Wohnungsgesellschaft mbH intends to build on the so-called Werftdreieck in the Hanseatic and to build a new residential area in the university town of Rostock. It will be located between Werftstraße and L 22 Lübecker Straße. The development will take place via two new roads to be built on Werftstrasse. Eine der beiden Erschließungsstraßen will be as Planstraße E is designated. Planstrasse E is bordered by Planstrasse G, among others. The planned streets E and G will initially be built as construction streets in order to be able to realize the first construction site of the planned residential area. The establishment of these two Construction roads E and G are the subject of this tender.
