- Development of the Sietas area - planning to clear the construction site This tender will be used to appoint a planner for expert, planning and monitoring services for construction site clearance and explosive ordnance testing, as well as contaminated sites and pollutant investigations Earthworks and soil management wanted. The client - ReGe Hamburg Projekt-Reisierungsgesellschaft mbH - is planning for the state real estate management and real estate company (LIG) on the approximately 15 hectare site of the former Sietas shipyard Hamburg-Neuenfelde the dismantling of the shipyard facility including the existing buildings. The goal of land management is to prepare the areas for subsequent trades (e.g. logistics development). As part of soil management, the resource-saving and to strive for economical use of the existing soil material, with the primary aim of internal utilization. The planning and expert services in the contaminated sites/pollutants service profile also include investigations and advice regarding pollutants in the existing development, as well as resulting plans. The subject of the order is the provision of all necessary expert, planning and monitoring services for clearing the construction site.
