The municipality of Luetjensee as the developer is planning the realization/implementation of the legally binding B-Plan No. 31, for a total of 19 building plots with access from Oetjendorfer Weg 1.1 Location of the construction sites in the municipality of Luetjensee The planning area is located to the southwest on the district road K 98-(Oetjendorfer Weg), northwest to the Dornredder development area and northeast to the expanded Am Hainholz/Ohlenhof development area, framed by two currently used agricultural areas in the southwest - (see attached overviews). . The traffic development of the B-Plan No. 31 takes placegt directly from the district road K 98 (locally called Oetjendorfer Weg) via a new planned road that is to be built and initially runs in a westerly direction, starting on the Oetjendorfer Weg road. After approx. 70.00 m, this road branches off into a planned ring road. About this so-calledThe so-called ring road will then be accessible to all 19 planned properties. The new planned road, currently without a street name, is designed as a cul-de-sac and a traffic-calmed area. There is also a walking connection to the existing one in the southeastn Dornredder roadway planned.
