Description:
The subject of this tender is the provision of specialist planning and advisory services to accompany a sustainability certification according to the DGNB system (German Society for Sustainable Building) for the construction of a town hall. The new town hall with a GMF area of approx. 12,000 m2 DGNB platinum should be certified. For the measure, total costs of around 80 million euros (net) [incl. Construction price increase and correction factor] for the cost groups 200 - 700. This results in approximately 52 million euros (net) for the cost group 300 + 400, for the cost group 500rund 3.3 million euros (net) and for the cost group 600 approx. 3.4 million euros (net). The new building is funded in accordance with the flood funding guidelines of the state of North Rhine -Westphalia.
