Description:
The client was launched by the city of Flensburg as well as the districts of North Friesland and Schleswig-Flensburg as a joint institution for the control and implementation of the model project "Smart's border region between the seas". The aim of this project is the sustainable, common good digitale Transformation der Region durch Entwicklung und Implementierung innovativer, datenbasierter Loesungen. As part of the implementation phase of this model project funded by the federal government, the client intends to develop and operate an urban data platform. Diese soll als offene, Interoperable and scalable digital infrastructure are designed, which integrates both administrative data as well as real-time and sensor data. The data platform is intended to have a central role in data -based decision support for municipal administrations, companies and civil society Take actors and thus contribute to strengthening digital participation and to promote innovation potential in areas such as mobility, climate protection, energy efficiency and sustainable urban development. The purpose of the present contract is the allocation of an order for the conception, development, Implementation and optional further development of the urban data platform.
