• INVITATION TO THE DIGITAL INFORMATION EVENT ON March 26th, 2024:
  The Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) invites everyone interested in planning and construction to the presentation of the implementation model of the Integrated Project Alliance (IPA) as part of the implementation of the project "Western Bypass Station Alte Suederelbe (WASE)". A digital information event will take place on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. We look forward to your participation and a lively exchange.
  The project:
  Due to a large number of shunting and train journeys and intersecting routes, it comes to the westIn this part of the port of Hamburg in the Alte Suederelbe station section, there are often mutual exclusions of routes. As part of the "Alte Suederelbe Western Bypass (WASE)" project, services are to be procured and implemented that will resolve the intersecting routes and thus optimize saleslead to a flow of honor.
  The implementation will take place as an integrated project alliance. For this purpose, the alliance partners are selected through a Europe-wide negotiation process with a preliminary competition for participants. The partners' performance is divided into a planning phase and an operational phasetional execution phase and includes the following services:
  •the construction of a double-track electrified western bypass between the south and north ends of the Alte Suederelbe station section
