Description:
The subject of this specifications forms a 4-channel digital memory oscilloscope (DSO) with integrated logic analyzer (LA) for the equipment of a hardware label for teaching and research. The general functional requirements are:
- Measurement of analog signals and their high-resolution representation in the Gigahertz range.
- multi-channel measurement of digital signals up to at least 300 MHz.
- Analysis of the measured signals.
- Determination of new or modified analysis methods.
- The remote controllability via Gigabit Ethernet must be given.
- The device must be usable in stand-alone operation.
- A documentation option of the measurements must be given.
- The export and import of measurement series must be given.
The intended long-term useful life requires upgrade / extensibility in the course of scientific-technical progress. Therefore, recommended maintenance intervals as well as the method for upgrading device hardware and software, as well as the associated current costs, present.
