Description:
Depending on the complexity and size of the system, the current process passes through various internal and external areas of the company and requires a variety of different documents and key figures to ensure a smooth process. Due to the continued increasing complexity, the current papier-bound workflow process can be digitized. The IST processes were included for this purpose. In the future digitized target processes, existing IT systems in the company should be used and can be controlled via a central mask.
Digitization of house connection prozess
The IT infrastructure of Stadtwerke Ingolstadt Beteiligungen GmbH has grown significantly in recent years and is becoming increasingly extensive and heterogeneous.
The TAR process according to DIN EN VDE 4105 - Low Voltage is defined in the regulations and is constantly changing for every installernable process and is currently not subject to a specific time limit.
Unlike in low voltage, the TAR process for grid connection according to DIN EN VDE 4110 - medium voltage includes a processing period to which the grid operator is bound.
