The advertised service includes picking up, preparation and digitization (including sanctification) of paper files from the building authority as well as the return of the paper files and the digital data for import in the client's document management system. After digitization There is also temporary storage of the files until the return transport. | Around 80,000 archive files are to be scanned and digitized, which corresponds to about 1,500 running meters. The files date from around 1945 to the present day. In addition, there are currently approx. 4,000 to 4,500 files that are being processed. This number can vary because it is not yet foreseeable when no new paper files will be created. | About 12,000 construction files are located in the basement archive of the main building of the Germersheim district administration (Luitpoldplatz 1, 76726 Germersheim). Approx. 68,000 Files are housed in the basement of the Goethe Gymnasium (August-Keiler-Strasse 34, 76726 Germersheim). | The current state of the art must be applied to the scanning process. The technical basis forms the TR Resiscan (see BSI TR-03138 replacing scanning). Before submitting an offer is a Visiting the files. The date for the visit is July 24th, 2025 (Thursday).
