Services for digitization of existing microfilms for the Federal Administration Office (BVA)
With the contractor, an order is agreed on the digitization of existing microfilms of the Federal Administrative Office (BVA). Specifically, it is around 470 pieces of 16mm and 64 pieces 35mm roll films. As a basis for calculation for an expense estimation or offer tax, approximately 3,500 recordings per 16mm film and approximately 700 recordings per 35mm film are to be assumed.
The advertised performance includes the transport of the films, the inventory and privacy-friendly storage of the films, the scanning of the films, including any additional work required, the detection of metadata, the designation of the individual files according to STADA site, the data transfer to the BVA External hard drive or alternative disk after consultation as well as other work associated with digitization.
