Direct allocation of a public service order via public passenger transport services with motor vehicles in the area of the city of Constance
The city of Constance intends to be the competent authority (Section 6 (3) sentence 2 and sentence 3 i. V. M. § 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 2 OePNVG Baden-Wuerttembergi. V. m. Section 8a (1) sentence 2 PBefG), a public service mandate (OeDA) via public passenger traffic services with motor vehicles to Stadtwerke Konstanz Mobil GmbH (operator) directly.
The intended award refers to passenger traffic services of local public transport (public transport) i. S. v. Section 8 PBEFG and Section 2 (1) OePNVG Baden-Wuerttemberg in the area of the city of Constance. This includes transport services with motor vehicles, especially buses and cars. Timetable transport services are included And needs traffic. These are line traffic in accordance with Section 2 (1) No. 3 PBefG i. V. M. §§ 42 - 44 pfefG.
Line traffic can be carried out by bus and other motor vehicles.
