Direct allocation of a transitional contract for passenger transport services with motor vehicles in Line traffic due to an exclusive right to lines 101, 102, 104, 105.1 and 105.2 in the district of Ravensburg according to Art. 5 Para. 1 Sentence 2 VO (EG) No. 1370/2007 in conjunction with § 14 Paragraph 4 No. 2 letter c) VGV up to competitive tenders. 105.2.
A) The district leads direct allocation of a transitional contract for passenger transport services with motor vehicles in line traffic to the existing operator as the owner of the personal transport law approval on lines 101, 102, 104, 105.1 and 105.2 in the district of Ravensburg according to Art. 5 Para. 1 Clause 2 VO 1370/2007 in conjunction with § 14 Paragraph 4 No. 2 BueSt c) VGV. The direct allocation serves to bridge the bridging and the orderly transition to a Europe -wide competitive process for lines 101, 102, 103, 104, 105.1 and 105.2. Only effects are compensated for in the Connection with the premature participation of the existing operator in the new public transport financing in the network area, with no inventory protection regulations.
B) Reference to the deadline for self -economic applications in accordance with Section 8a (2) sentence 2 PBefG: An application for a approval For self-economic traffic in the sense of Section 8 (4) sentence 2 PBefG, must be set within the 3-month period in accordance with Section 12 (6) sentence 1 PBefG (exclusion period).
