A) The district leads directly to a transitional contract for passenger transport services with motor vehicles in line traffic to the existing operator as the owner of the personal transport law approval on line 240 in the district of Ravensburg in accordance with Art. 5 Para. 1 Sentence 2 VO 1370/2007 in conjunction with § 14 Paragraph 4 No. 2 Buest c) VGV. The direct allocation is used for bridging and for Ordered transition to a Europe -wide competition process for line 240. Only effects are compensated for in connection with the Early participation of the existing operator in the new public transport financing in the network area, with no inventory protection regulations, appear.
B) Note on the deadline for self-economic applications in accordance with Section 8a (2) sentence 2 PBefG: An application for a permit for an approval for self-economic traffic in the sense of Section 8 (4) sentence 2 PBefG must be submitted within the 3-month period in accordance with Section 12 (6) sentence 1 PBefG (exclusion period). This deadline is triggered by this preliminary information for all line traffic (see section 5.1) comprised by the intended award. Applications according to Section 12 (6) PBefG must meet the requirements specified in this pre -information. Otherwise the approval must be failed (Section 13 (2a) sentence 2 PBefG).
The Operation of the line 240 mentioned under paragraph 5.1 is at the 5.1.3. to start the start of operations. The end of the term for line 240 is on September 30, 2028. Exist on Concrete ...
