Description:
According to the decision of the district council of 17.12.2024, the district of Ludwigslust-Parchim awards a public service mandate for the provision of passenger transport services within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 with motor vehicles (buses) in line traffic according to § 42 PBefG includingTraffic according to § 44 PBefG in the area of the Ludwigslust-Parchim district and lines from the area of other authorities. The district intends to grant the internal operator exclusive rights in accordance with Section 8a (8) of the PBefG.
The district of Ludwigslust-Parchim intends tothe traffic services described below as a total service in a bundles of the line to the municipal transport company Ludwigslust-Parchim mbH (sole shareholder is the district) to be awarded as internal operators.
