Description:
The Ravensburg district intends to act as the responsible authority and responsible authority in accordance with Section 6 Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Planning, Organization and Design of Local Public Transport (OePNVG) in conjunction with Section 8a of the Passenger Transport Act (PBefG) and Article 2 lit. c) Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007, a publicpublic service contract (OeDA) for public passenger transport services with motor vehicles in accordance with Section 2 Paragraph 1 PBefG to Omnibus Grabherr GmbH. The subject of the intended OeDA is public passenger transport services (OePNV) on the R60 line. The data at the start of operation (see sectiont II.2.7) transport services are described in the Supplementary Document (see Section VI.1, D.). The intended award concerns the service area in the Ravensburg district covered by the aforementioned transport services. In total, the transport services to be awarded amount to deCurrent planning status is around 125,376 commercial vehicle kilometers per year. The OeDA refers to local public transport services (OePNV) within the meaning of Section 8 PBefG, regardless of the specific form of operation (in particular regular service within the meaning of Sections 42, 43 PBefGand flexible forms of operation, if necessary also within the meaning of § 46 i. V. m. § 2 para. 6 or 7 PBefG). The operator is granted an exclusive right for transport within the limits of Section 8a Paragraph 8 PBefG.
