Direct allocation of a transitional contract for passenger transport services with motor vehicles in Line traffic due to an exclusive right on line 290 in the district of Ravensburg according to Art. 5 Para. 1 Clause 2 VO (EC) No. 1370/2007 in conjunction with § 14 Paragraph 4 No. 2 letter c) VGV up to the competitive tender of this line 290.
A) The district leads a direct allocation of a transitional contract through passenger transport services with motor vehicles in line traffic to the existing operator as the owner of the personal transport law approval on line 290 in the district of Ravensburg in accordance with Art. 5 Para. 1 Clause 2 VO 1370/2007 in conjunction with Section 14 (4) No. 2 Book) VGV. The direct award serves for bridging and orderly transition to a Europe -wide competition process for line 290. Balanced, which in connection with the premature participation of the existing operator in the new public transport financing in the network, with waiver on Inventory protection regulations, occurrence.
B) Reference to the deadline for self-economic applications according to § 8a Paragraph 2 S. 2 PBefG: An application for a permit for an approval for self-economic traffic in the sense of place (exclusion period).
