Direct allocation of a transitional contract for passenger transport services with motor vehicles in Linish traffic due to an exclusive right to lines 30/1, R30, S30, 31, 33/8 and 34 in the district of Ravensburg according to Art. 5 Para. 1 Sentence 2 VO (EG) No. 1370/2007 in conjunction with § 14 Paragraph 4 No. 2 Lett.
A) The district leads direct allocation of a transitional contract for passenger transport services with motor vehicles in line traffic to the existing operator as the owner of the personal transport law approval on lines 30/1, R30, S30, 31, 33/8 and 34 in the district of Ravensburg according to Art. 5 Para. 1 Sentence 2 VO 1370/2007 in conjunction with § 14 Paragraph 4 No. 2 BueSt c) VGV. The direct allocation is used for bridging and an orderly transition to a Europe -wide competition process for lines 30/1, R30, S30, 31, 33/8 and 34. The premature participation of the existing operator in the new public transport financing in the network area, not doing existing protection regulations.
