Description:
As a responsible authority, the purpose association public transport Saale-Orla intends to award a public service mandate (OeDA) via public passenger transport to Kombus Verkehr GmbH (Mittlerer Watzenbach 11, 07318 Saalfeld) directly (operator). The intended award refers toPassenger services of local public transport (public transport)
i. S. v. § 8 PfefG. The OeDA to be passed comprises all public transport services in the districts of Saalfeld-Rudolstadt and Saale-Orla as well as outgoing lines in neighboring local authorities, as in the supplementary documentdescribed.
Tim -scheduled and needs -based transport services are included. These are line traffic in accordance with Section 2 (1) No. 3 PBefG i. V. M. §§ 42 - 44 pfefG.
The transport services included at the start of operation and the operating area are in the "supplementary document" (see also2.1.4 General information in C. of this form) described. In connection with the provision and management of passenger transport services, the OeDA obliges the operator to provide the necessary vehicles and operational infrastructure.
