Description:
The city of Landshut intends a public service mandate to the Stadtwerke Landshut (Christoph-Dorner-Strasse 9, 84028 Landshut) directly as the responsible authority (Art. 8 Para. forgiven (operator). The intended award refers to passenger traffic services of local public transport (public transport)
i. S. v. § 8 PfefG. The OeDA to be awarded comprises all public transport services in city traffic Landshut and outgoing lines to the neighboring municipalities Altdorf, Ergolding and Kumhausen in the Landshut district, as described in the supplementary document.
These are line traffic in accordance with Section 2 (1) No. 3 PBefG i. V. M. §§ 42 - 44 pfefG.
(In total, the one to be awarded amounts to Passenger services according to the current planning status at the start of the company on 01.01.2027 to approx. 2.2 million timetable kilometers per year in line traffic in accordance with Sections 42, 43 PfG.) The traffic services included at the start of operation and the operating area are in the "supplementary document" (see also 2.1.4 General information at C. of this form).
