- Direct marketing of electrical energy from renewable energies This tender concerns the purchase of electrical energy from renewable energies including certificates of origin from renewable energies (RE) for companies Arverio Group and affiliated companies. The subject of the tender is the conclusion of contracts for the other direct marketing of electricity from renewable energies in accordance with Section 21a EEG 2023. The contractors (hereinafter also “suppliers” or "Plant operators") sell all of the electricity generated in their plants directly to the client without claiming EEG funding and feed it into the balancing group of the respective company named by the client Main electricity suppliers. The aim is to conclude long-term supply contracts to supply sustainably generated electricity. This is intended to promote the market integration of renewable energies, support the transport transition with green electricity and through the The optional use of battery storage can contribute to grid stabilization and smoothing out price fluctuations. The electricity is fed entirely into the balancing group of the named main electricity supplier. A direct delivery of the client is not provided.
