Description:
The aim of the tender is to conclude a contract for the provision and cleaning of dirt trap mats (in different sizes, without inscription) for the properties supervised by the RIM Cologne. The performance is performed in 3 loose. The division is Appendix 3 too remove. The performance includes the provision, exchange and cleaning of dirt trap mats (including freight and packaging-free delivery, interpretation and collection). Provision and exchange take place directly in the properties given in the system for service description (LB). A distinction must be made between the following basic legal intervals: Example: year -round laying: period: 01.01. - 31.12. → Exchange takes place for everyday winter: Period: 01.10. - 30.04. → Exchange is carried out for every two days. the RIM Cologne or by a commissioned cleaning service provider. The contractor (AN) provides the RIM Cologne the dirt fishing mats in the quality specified below and the number and size per property specified in the system to the LB as a basic equipment. The first one Delivery, as well as the exact location and the respective replacement dates per property must be coordinated with the RIM (Ms. Frings, Tel.: 0221/9429 - 4485) immediately after the order is granted. The dirt fishing mats are professionally, thoroughly and gently according to contemporary processes. The AN has to always carry out the services in such a way that there is a flawless cleaning state. The respective (weather -related) contamination degree at the time of cleaning must be taken into account. The dirt fishing mats should give a neat, well -kept and clean impression. It are exclusively environmentally friendly, non -irritating materials and cleaning agents that do not cause health hazard / odor nuisance. Fundamental Present ...
