Description:
In the case of a pollutant examination carried out in advance, a load on the ground ceiling on the ground floor was found with artificial mineral fibers (KMF). These mineral fibers are to be classified as pollutants and must be expanded and disposed of under special protective measures. (TRGS 519and 521)

The entire corridor on the ground floor and part of the adjacent office space must be cordoned off in sections, dust-tight and cleaned according to the demonates of the KMF-contaminated components.

Ceiling plates, cable ducts, drywall cladding and pipe insulation in the area must be canceledThe lower blanket in the hallway of the ground floor.

The jobs of the affected sections are housed in an interim container system.

The disassembly work must be carried out in two sections. Only after the first section has been completed and the subsequent reimbursement of theThe second section will begin.

The hygiene, break and locker regulations are to be created outside of the b. 11 as a black and white system for the employees by a construction trailer, a container or similar.

The work area of the disassemblyis to be secured against entering by unauthorized persons. To separate the black area from the rest of the building, dust protection walls are built and interior doors are taped with film.

The expansion of the KMF-contaminated components must be carried out gently without destroying the structure of the KMF.

The workand security plan of the Consulting Office UB Dr. Elzner & Partner must be observed. The occupational safety measures according to TRGS 521. These are to be sucked off from the outside, driven off and disposed of.

TheDuration of the dismantling is 20 working days.
