Description:
The subject of this publication is the conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements in accordance with § 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V for blood glucose test strips with a glucose test zone (product group AV04CA) as part of a so-called "open-house model". Under the specification of uniform contract conditions and oneuniform access procedure, all suitable and interested providers of blood glucose test strips are offered the opportunity to conclude or join a discount agreement in accordance with Section 130 a, Paragraph 8 of the Social Code Book V for the product named under Section B. Providers of blood glucose test strips in terms of this open-house procedure are all companies that have the industry-standard delivery capacity of blood glucose test strips in the entire supply area of Saxony-Anhalt. Interested offering companies can send the participation documents and the respectiverequest a contract. A prerequisite for the conclusion of a contract is that the interested manufacturing or supplying company submits the requested participation documents, fully completed and signed.
