Lot 2: Renovation of the facade of the existing building
Lot 1: Dismantling of the goods hall in the area of track 153. The demolition in the area (width 2.50 m) to the adjacent office building will take into account the Safety areas with manual demolition procedures or small devices. The components integrated into the office building must be exposed and, if necessary, underpinned before dismantling.
Lot 2: The renovation of the office building facade (Lot 2) can only take place after the dismantling work on the warehouse (Lot 1) has been completed.
