Description:
The Gasteig is the large, centrally located cultural and education center in Munich. With around 2 million visitors and more than 1,800 events per year, it is one of the largest cultural centers in Europe. The offer of the headquarters based on around 90,000 m2 on around 90,000 m2 of gross area Cultural and educational institutions are completed by outstanding urban festivals and numerous event formats. After the more than 30-year, intensive usage phase, the renovation of the building is pending, since large parts of the technical systems in particular after over 30 years of term have reached the end of their lifespan. According to the city council decision, an early pollutant renovation should take place before the actual renovations began. The subject of this order is the dismantling planning HLSK (building technology systems, except electrical engineering systems). More detailed information See Section 5.1.
The interfaces between the preferred measure and the later building renovation have already been developed in advance and are included as the basis for this tender. Basically If the interior is constructed as an early measure of pollutants, the cover and the outdoor facilities are carried out at a later time within the framework of the overall renovation measure.
