Description:
The two measures of the renovation and modernization officer (m 2.5.01) and the neighborhood management (m 2.5.02) described in the ISTEK are summarized in this tender for a lot "neighborhood development". The primary task of the neighborhood development is to accompany theMeasures from planning to implementation with the participation of the citizens and relevant actors of the neighborhood. This includes in particular the activating address of citizens as well as the initiation and implementation of projects by residents' participation and to strengthen theSocial integration, but also the support of the administration in connection with the urban development funding Eschweiler-West. The district development is intended to do a large part of the organizational and motivating work on site. This also includes rental and setting up a citymediated neighborhood offices. The tasks of neighborhood development should take place as low as possible. The district office participates in the networking of the actors. Other tasks of the district development also include support and advice as part of the implementation of the disposal fund.The development of the neighborhood acts as an interface between residents and administration, as a contact for individual concerns and support needs and as the first point of contact for the residents in the social renewal process.
