Description:
The client operates various meeting places in Duesseldorf; The Merkur SpielArena (MSA) and the summer cinema operates D.Live GmbH and Co. KG in their own name, Mitsubishi Electric Halle (Meh) and PSD Bank Dome (Dome) and the Castello operates it for the state capital of Duesseldorf (Commercial type of office 52). There is also D.Live tenant of the Rheinterrasse. In addition, the client organizes further events in the urban area of the state capital. It is now intended to set up a mobile locker solution (smart) in the Mitsubishi Electric Halle, which are bookable and payable online. The lockers are to be organized in a modular system for flexible expansion of the system by further locking units. The contractor must also provide a corresponding software solution that an online booking is used by the users of the Venue enables.
It is to start with a system with approx. 320 subjects at a location (minimum breakout). The framework contract is intended to extend the system both at the Meh location can also be made possible on other event venues. The maximum scope of the framework agreement is 3,500 subjects.
