Description:
The subject of this procedure is the allocation of service concessions for the overall organization and implementation of the Christmas market on Koenigsallee (between Girardetbruecke and Theodor-Koerner-Strasse, see enclosed plan). The Christmas markets find VRSL. From Thursday before Dead Sundayuntil 30.12 of each year. The markets remain closed on Sunday of Dead and on the 1st Christmas Day. The opening times are daily from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., on December 24th from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and on December 26th. from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The Christmas markets are used as a special market according to § 68 andSection 69 of the trade regulations. The term of the concession should be five years, including an extension option. The Christmas market is intended to offer a high -quality and appealing appearance that is not only reflected in the selection and presentation of the products, but also in theentire design of the market. It is of great importance that the high quality standards that shape the Duesseldorf Koenigsallee are taken into account in the concept. This affects both the optical design and the atmosphere of the market, so that a harmonious and stylish connectionis made to Koenigsallee. The overall picture is intended to combine the festive mood of Christmas with an exclusivity and elegance.
