Description:
The DLR is planning the new building of the Galileo Competence Center at the Oberpfaffenhofen location. Similar to the existing institute buildings, the range of uses is to be built up at the location and from a job offer for around 190 people and rooms with specific technical equipment, in particular with regard to indoor climatic conditions and safety requirements. In addition, a public area is planned as a communicative place for the presentation and discussion of the research results.

In particular, window strips, doors, a suggested-ventilation clothing made of titanium zinc slidings, post-bar facades, superiors vertical glass-glass PV modules including steel-ub, glass roof including sub-tensioner Primary application structure, secondary clothing level including PV glasses. Main masses:
approx. 1200 m2 window strips
approx. 470 m2 posts bunk facades
approx. 2300 m2 titanium zinc vhf
approx. 220 m2 glass roof (primary application structure steel under tense + PV glazing)
approx. 350 pc vertical PV glass glass modules including steel removal
approx. 500 m2 floor -bound stainless steel frame with network for greening
