DLR Oberpfaffenhofen site: New construction of the company restaurant and conference center (BRK), tiling work (26-0128_B) The new building for the company restaurant and conference center is located in the middle of the DLR site in Oberpfaffenhofen. Eating - conferring - Connect. The essential functions are arranged in a spatial collage on the X, Y and Z axes. The kitchen/food serving, the two restaurants, the large conference hall and the meeting rooms are built as building blocks with varying room heights arranged on different levels. Sealing AIV-F: - Sealing floor AIV-F reaction resin W1-I to W3-I, including primer approx. 1,010 m2 - Sealing wall AIV-F reaction resin W2-I to W3-I, including primer approx. 1,150 m2 - Sealing tapes W1-I to W3-I approx. 1,800 m - Sealing sleeves approx. 375 pieces. - Install and seal built-in parts (pipe sleeves, kitchen gutters) approx. 110 pieces. Tiling work: - Floor tiles for commercial kitchens, fine stoneware, R10-B - R12-V4, partly cove tiles approx. 915 m2 - floor tiles in sanitary areas, Stoneware, R10-B approx. 95 m2 - Wall tiles in commercial kitchen, stoneware approx. 1,100 m2 - Wall tiles in sanitary areas, stoneware approx. 80 m2 Jointing work: - Elastic joint sealing.
