Description:
As a municipal public transport service provider, the VIP is obliged to ensure the proper use of travel cards. The contractor should be commissioned to provide the service in accordance with the services and framework conditions described here from 01.01.2026.
Driving card controls, Passenger accompaniment as well as Son-der- and additional services
The aim is the commissioning of an external service provider for the implementation of ticket controls, passenger accompaniment as well as additional security and information services in public transport for the VIP for a period of five years with optional Extension by two years. The services include: (i) driving certificate controls, (II) Passenger accompaniment to increase service and safety level (III) Special and additional services on call (including accompaniment / protection for operational disorders, events, customer information and simple Security services).
