Description:
IKK classic hereby announces that it will agree non-exclusive discount agreements on various active ingredients and combinations of active ingredients with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies in the period from March 1st, 2023 to February 28th, 2025 in accordance with Section 130a Paragraph 8 SGB V, not vnegotiable terms. The earliest start of the contract is March 1st, 2023, provided that the signed contract and all necessary evidence, self-declarations and documents are received by IKK classic by February 5th, 2023. Thereafter, the following applies: upon receipt of the documents by the 5th of eachn month in the possible accession period, the 01st of the following month will be the beginning of the contract. If the documents are received after the 5th of a month in the possible accession period, the contract will start on the 1st of the month after next. Joining the Agreement is indicated in theen period possible at any time, but no later than 05.01.2025. For further information see point VI.3).
