Description:
The children's house consists of a massive existing building and a new expansion section, which is created from wooden frame outer walls, boarding sperm walls and board wood ceilings. The south and west side consists of a post-bar facade made of building cake. In the existing building, the rib ceilings are Sealed with a foil-laminated GK layer and created new walls and intentions in drywall. The ceilings are left behind on the ground floor with wooden light building boards or GK (kitchen). On the upper floor, it is assembled directly to the concrete ceilings. In the expansion section, the rooms in need of protection receive A GK layer on the spring rail and a hanging made of wooden wing light building boards. The total scope amounts to approx. 330 m2 of walls, 650 m2 of intentions, direct ceiling approx. 600 m2, rib bowl approx. 150 m2 and ceilings approx. 1,100 m2. Constructive steel components are too provided (approx. 30 m2). A cover insulation must be attached to the basement (approx. 165 m2).
