Description:
The construction project is a new school building to be built, which is to be classified as a building of a special type or use (special building). The building is classified as building class 5 according to building regulations. The building is planned as a hybrid wooden construction, only the components serve to provide horizontal bracing and are planned in reinforced concrete. The wooden supporting structure is a skeleton structure and the floor ceilings are planned as a wooden rib construction and consist of main beams that run in an east-west direction and a cross-laminated timber ceiling. Adjacent to the building plot There is already a school consisting of the main building, pavilions, cafeteria/Ottoneum and sports hall. The outdated ensemble will be abandoned and replaced by the new building on the building site to the east of the school. The existing sports hall, the cafeteria and the so-called Ottoneum
(music pavilion) will be renovated and integrated into the overall concept.
