Description:
Type of service: Heating boiler replacement Scope of service: The renovation includes the dismantling of the oil boiler including the oil tank and distributor. A pellet boiler is installed to generate heat. Furthermore, a heating-side buffer storage and a distribution group including distributor, Mishears and pumps installed. Two fabric tanks are provided for pellet storage and are conveyed with a suction system. The chimney needs to be renovated. To do this, a stainless steel pipe is installed along the entire length of the chimney. Overview: - Dismantling oil boiler Viessmann VitoCell 27 kW and oil tank 9900 l incl. lines in the boiler room - pellet boiler 31 - 32 kW - buffer storage 1000 l incl. thermal insulation - fabric tank for wood pellets capacity 4.2 t - suction system approx. 30 m line with 2-way switching unit incl. fireproofing in the storage room - distributor with 8 connection pieces and two mixing circlesIron - pipes pressed copper approx. 40 m with thermal insulation made of mineral wool and PVC coating - exhaust pipe 130 mm approx. 13 m long In addition, the awarding of 'maintenance services' is the subject of the procedure.
