General description of the construction measure:
The district of Schleswig-Flensburg is the client for a three-storey administration building with underground car park in Wassermuehlenstrasse 43 in Kappeln.
Base area: 2,053 m2
Net area (NRF): 2,637 m2
floor space (size): 668 m2
floor area: 1.136 m2
The property is opened up via a stabbing road from Wassermuehlenstrasse.
The stitch road will be produced in autumn 2024. For the construction period, a construction site access is therefore made on the northern edge of the property.
